All our animals are sourced from small Saskatchewan farms with producers who care, and we use as much seasonal and local produce as possible to highlight in our products.

A CHEF’s PERSPECTIVE
We are Chef founded, owned and operated. We take the best and create delicious food with ‘from scratch’ recipes using fresh vegetables, meats, herbs and spices. We also understand the simple beauty and flavour of a good steak or pork chop.

NOSE TO TAIL
We source whole animals and pride ourselves on using as much as possible – nose to tail. We feel it is an important part of sustainability to make delicious and useful items from every bit. That’s why you will find a lot of unique items at our shop that you can’t find anywhere else.
