ALL KILLER, ZERO FILLER.
We make the best sausages in Saskatoon, period. As a Chef-run butcher shop we create sausages handcrafted with the same thought and care that go into your favourite restaurant dishes. Beginning with the best locally raised meats we create sausages with fresh herbs, quality spices, often full of fresh vegetables like roasted peppers, grilled onion, and marinated mushrooms. We never use pre-packaged mixes and of course, NEVER any filler.
STEAKS • ROASTS • GROUND BEEF • RIBS • JERKY • STEWING BEEF
Our locally sourced grass-fed beef is ethically raised on an open pasture. Our farmers finish their beef with quality local grains like barley and oats to ensure exceptional flavour and marbling.
We dry age all our beef, cut at optimal flavour and tenderness, aging the rib and loin a full 35 days on the bone for a great steak experience
CHOPS • ROASTS • RIBS • TENDERLOIN • HAM • PORCHETTA
Our Pork is all pasture raised and fed a balanced diet of vegetables, grains and occasionally healthy table scraps or vegetable trimmings at our farmers discretion. In good weather they forage for a large portion of their diet in open pasture.
We source heritage breeds like Berkshire Pigs because they adapt well to our Saskatchewan climate and are unmatched in flavour and quality.
THE TRIO OF PURE AWESOMENESS!
Forget about that boring processed stuff you get in the deli aisle in the big store, here’s where you’ll find flavour bombs you’ll still be talking about next month. We create everything from scratch, using fresh locally sourced, sustainable ingredients. Our secret is understanding when to blend flavours, and when to let the amazing ingredients speak for themselves. And love, we put a lot of love into our products so that you’ll love them too!
We use more traditional methods for our curing and smoking, which means dry curing and hand mixing, producing unmistakable final products and sometimes the curing process takes a while (up to 5 weeks), but good things come to those who wait.

EXPERIENCE LAMB UNLIKE ANY YOU’VE EVER TASTED!
Like wine, the flavour of lamb is dependent on the “terroir” (environment) in which it is raised. Our lambs are almost exclusively grass fed right here in Saskatchewan, and compared to that frozen stuff imported from overseas, our rich, succulent lamb meat will have your mouth watering non-stop.
* While we do our best to keep lamb in stock year-round, peak season is Sept. – Dec. meaning that peak freshness and peak availability is at that time.*
